This return policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States.
At Chromatic Graphic, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products and excellent service. Due to the personalized nature of many of our items, we follow the return policy outlined below.
All Sales Are Final for Custom Orders
Custom-printed and personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item arrives damaged or contains a confirmed production error.
Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items Only
We only accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

The product is defective due to a production error

The item was damaged during shipping

The wrong product was sent
To be eligible for a return:

Contact us at returns@chromaticgraphic.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your order

Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue

Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition

Ship the return within 7 days of our approval
What Is Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Approved designs (once approved, the sale is final)

Print-on-demand items, unless defective or damaged

Clearance or final sale items

Damage caused by improper installation, use, or cleaning
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it with the correct product.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.
