Welcome to Chromatic Graphic! By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time depending on the design and production process.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.
2. Custom & Non-Custom Products
Chromatic Graphic offers both customizable and non-customizable products.

For non-custom items, returns are accepted under the conditions listed in our Return Policy.

For custom items, once production has begun or artwork is approved by the customer, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or with a production error.
Please read each product description carefully to understand whether the item is custom or not.
3. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for non-custom items in unused condition within 7 days of delivery.
Custom items are final sale unless defective.

4. Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.
Chromatic Graphic is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, holidays, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Intellectual Property
All original designs, branding, and content created by Chromatic Graphic remain the intellectual property of Chromatic Graphic, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Chromatic Graphic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website.
7. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
