Incorrect Addresses

Chromatic Graphic is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to file a claim, but Chromatic Graphic is not responsible for stolen or lost packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
